If you are aware of any psychiatric abuses you can send your story in the strictest confidence to whistle@banshock.org.   You will not be contacted unless you request it nor will your name be used without your specific approval.

We are especially interested in information regarding abuse in the following areas:

Fraudulent or Over Billing

Patient Abuse

Forced Shock Treatment

Adverse Reactions to Shock Treatment

Elderly Victims

Documentation in such cases is essential.  This includes videos, paper records, sworn testimony, affidavits or other concrete documentation.   If you know such documentation exists we can help obtain it through the courts and other legal means.
